STAINLESS STEEL REPAIR BANDS
Stainless steel repair clamps
The team at Dix Engineering manufacture stainless steel fittings using only the highest quality materials to provide our customers with confidence and reliability. If you have a project with specific requirements, we can produce fittings customized to your needs.
Repair clamps are typically used for the repair of pipes which have sustained cracks or pinholes.
They can also be used as a joining device when the pipe is well restrained and aligned. Tapping bands provide a quick and easy method of installing a branch to a pipe.

Stepped clamps – to repair leaking PVC glued joints. These are available to suit pipes from 100mm to 300mm.
Tapping bands – BSP branch of flanged branch outlet. Flange options include table D and E to AS2129 ANSI, DIN etc.
Foot Valves
Foot valves are installed to pump suction (inlet) pipework to ensure that the pump remains primed and ready to start in applications where it is located above the reservoir level.
If your water is corrosive, use a Dix Engineering stainless steel foot valve to prevent costly repairs or replacement.

STAINLESS STEEL HYDROMEDIA FILTERS
The team at Dix Engineering know about filtration, and our filters employ a ‘natural’ form of filtration –passing water through a bed of sand or gravel. By careful media selection, filtration grades of 20 micron or less can be achieved.
As you would come to expect from Dix, our filters are durable and corrosive-resistant to ensure longevity and consistent quality.
Whether using our Australian made filters in your vineyard, orchard or as pre-filtration on water treatment plants, you can trust in a superior product.
Typical Applications
- Vineyards and orchards
- Low volume drip irrigation
- Municipal swimming pools
- Vehicle wash plant recycled water
- Pre-filtration on water-treatment plants
- Cooling towers (full system or side-stream)
